PROMETEO SRL Unipersonale, as Data Controller, is committed to your privacy and the security of your personal data, aware that data protection is crucial for users and clients of the Echo7.ai platform.
Personal data are collected and processed with the utmost care and with specific measures to keep them secure.
This notice concerns the processing of personal data in relation to the use of the Echo7.ai web system, a platform for managing RAG assistants, and the related services. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before submitting your personal data and check it periodically, as it is subject to updates and changes that will be highlighted in the appropriate sections of the site.
This notice does not apply to other websites that may be consulted via links on the Controller’s domain, which is not responsible for third-party sites. The notice is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001 of the Article 29 Working Party, by Directive 2002/58/EC (as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC) on cookies, and by the Italian Data Protection Authority’s measure “Identification of simplified procedures for the information notice and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies – 8 May 2014”, as subsequently clarified.

DATA CONTROLLER
The processing of personal data is carried out by PROMETEO SRL Unipersonale – Via Roma, 61 – 31010 Fonte (TV) Italy, as Data Controller. Processing takes place at the registered office and is performed by authorised personnel.

DATA PROTECTION OFFICER (DPO)
PROMETEO SRL Unipersonale is not required to appoint a DPO. However, an internal and an external contact person have been appointed and can be reached at the registered office.
DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES
The data processed are those provided by the user (e.g., for registration, information requests, use of the Echo7.ai platform, support contact) and those collected during browsing. Data may include:
– browsing data (e.g., IP address, access logs);
– common data (e.g., name, email, phone);
– special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR): not processed; any such data provided spontaneously will be deleted.
Purpose A) without consent: management and provision of the Echo7.ai platform, contractual fulfilments, handling customer requests, administrative and accounting activities, aggregate statistical analyses.
Purpose B) with consent: commercial communications and marketing.
Purpose C) with consent: profiling to analyse user habits and preferences, including via the company CRM.
AUTHORISED PERSONNEL
Data are processed by trained personnel and are not disseminated. They may be communicated to authorised parties (a list is available at the registered office).
DATA RETENTION
Data are retained for varying periods depending on the purposes: platform use (for the duration of the contractual relationship), contacts (for the duration of the contractual relationship and then up to 1 year), reserved area (for the duration of the contractual relationship and then up to 2 years), marketing (for the duration of the contractual relationship and then up to 2 years), legal and tax obligations (10 years).
DATA RECIPIENTS
Data may be communicated to affiliated companies, IT service providers, consultants, shippers, public authorities.
Some recipients may be located outside the EU; any transfer will be governed by EU standard contractual clauses.
DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Data subjects may exercise the rights provided for in Arts. 15–21 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability.

NATURE OF PROVISION
Providing data for Purpose A) is necessary to use the Echo7.ai platform services.
