How does Echo7 work?

Echo7 turns the knowledge your organisation already has – documents, web pages, manuals, price lists and FAQs – into an AI assistant that answers from your content, not from generic internet knowledge. Workflows define how each request is handled, and agents connect to your systems to look things up or complete tasks, with a person brought in whenever needed.

What content can I use with Echo7?

Manuals, procedures, price lists, FAQs, contracts, PDFs, Word and Excel files, and the pages of your website. Spreadsheets and CSV files are treated as structured data, so totals, averages and rankings are calculated rather than guessed.

Is my business data secure?

Yes. Roles and permissions, two-factor authentication, separate scopes for clients, departments and assistants, and protected credentials are all built in – and you can run Echo7 in the cloud or on your own servers. Read more about security and deployment.
